Cali and Jody created the Results-Only Work Environment from within the bowels of Corporate America – while at the same time, juggling families, careers and all the other demands of life. Wait –did we say demands?

The traditional solution of flexible schedules is not the answer to managing life’s many twists and turns. Work sucked. So they set out to fix it.

Today, Cali and Jody are leading a global movement to forever change the way we work and live. For everyone.

Oh, and they both have college degrees.

Michael is a ROWE Zealot. He’s been following the ROWE movement for over two years and unabashedly believes that ROWE is the future of work. You can often find him ranting, raving or posting on our blog.

He survived college, landing a BS in Business Management and MS in Psychology.

Today, he’s devoted his life to fanning the flame of the ROWE movement. We love devotion.

From milking cows and living on a snake farm to jet-setting around the world and hobnobbing with billionaires, Michael S. is impervious to culture shock. As a writer, small business consultant, ROWE advocate, and perhaps the world’s first vegan pacifist martial artist, Michael focuses his mental Kung Fu on bringing ROWE to the masses. Often found on random street corners shouting, “This is the end of the Industrial Age Workplace!”, Michael has ROWE in his blood (but don’t worry, the doctors say he is harmless… except to the 40-hour workweek).

We like to think of Stacey as our Human ROWE-sources department – she really gets that a ROWE is the contemporary benefit for employees today. Having suffered in non-ROWE environments for many years, Stacey knew that she had to be part of changing the game. Why? ROWE is a sustainable strategy for organizations to attract and retain talent in an ever demanding environment. And, employees are happier. ROWE definitely isn’t your Mother’s flexible work schedule.

Stacey has a BA in Business-Economics, MA in Management.

When asked where she works from, she will respond, “Have you heard of the internet, mobile phones and voicemail?” ‘Nuff said.
