We’re excited to announce ROWE will be at the South by Southwest Interactive Conference and Festival!
Cali and Jody will be joined by Alexandra Levit, Jessica Lawrence, and Jeff Gunther for a panel discussion about ROWE and why it works. The discussion will cover the changing workforce, how a Results-Only Work Environment can improve employee morale and productivity, and how trust and technology lead to a successful ROWE.
The SXSW PanelPicker is a two-step online system that allows the SXSW community to have a significant voice in programming Interactive, Film, and Music conference activities. In 2009, Jeff Gunther submitted ROWE for consideration at SXSW Interactive. This was followed by a review period in which the online community could rate which submissions would best fit the conference. You voted. ROWE was accepted.
Therefore, we want to thank all who voted and all who continue to support the ROWE movement!
If you’re headed to SXSW, we’d love to have you join us. For those ROWE enthusiasts that won’t be able to make the trip, we are in the process of defining how we’ll be able to keep you involved, so stay tuned!
We also invite you to join us and the other panel members at The Iron Cactus following the discussion.

NO ROWE- Managers need to know where workers are and what they’re doing at all times! Freedom? NEVER!
